Honouring the Outstanding Achievements Young German Language Learners
Another year, another celebration of the bright young children who are on their German language learning journey. The “DAS Exam” (Deutsch Australisches Sprach Examen) has been offered to students for around 60 years. It is part of the WAGBA cultural support program. As such the “DAS Exam” is supported by the Association financially and by means of contribution to the annual award ceremonies.

Football never fails to bring people together
Dr. Suresh Letchmanan, Managing Director for the APAC region, together with his deputy Ms Julia Farr, Deputy Head of Southeast Asia & Youth Coach, conducted a 5-day football camp at Forrestfield United from the 2nd to the 6th of October.

A Memorable Evening at Hyatt Regency
It was a night filled with joy and lively networking, as a turnout of around 45 WAGBA members and friends convened at the bejewelled plaza ballroom at Hyatt Regency, East Perth. WAGBA’s New Financial Year Dinner provided all attending guests with ties to Western Australian and/or to German businesses and culture another amazing networking opportunity, as they indulged themselves with welcome drinks before the commencement of the event.

Charting the Path Forward: WAGBA's Vision for the Future
The WAGBA committee members gathered together at the boardroom of Ketelsen Enterprise on the 5th of September for its first ever strategy workshop, held with the aim of engaging in a brainstorming session with thoughtful discussions to adapt and focus on future strategies for the association. This proactive approach was held in mind of enhancing WAGBA’s adaptability as the association expands within the ever-evolving West Australian business landscape.
