WAGBA
Connecting People in Business & Culture

Welcome to the West Australian-German Business Association Inc.

The not-for-profit West Australian-German Business Association (WAGBA) was founded in 1985. It ensures innovative and proactive ways to foster business and cultural relationships between Western Australian and German enterprises.

For the last 35 years WAGBA has grown to be part of Western Australia’s business landscape. Valuable contacts with industry representations and government agencies in Western Australia and Canberra are established. WAGBA is recognised by the German government as a significant outpost in Western Australia.

Germany is amongst Western Australia's largest export markets. The volume of export trade between Western Australia and Germany is close to $2.03 billion (2021), reflecting fundamental trade and investment relations. Small and medium sized German enterprises as well as large organisations established their businesses in Western Australia sucessfully.

WAGBA offers these enterprises and their customers a platform to network, to advertise and to develop business opportunities.
